Casey Parker-Bell
Casey Parker-Bell is a reporter and anchor for Kentucky Educational Television. Last year, he went part-time at KET to pursue a law degree at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Since graduating from the University of Kentucky with a journalism degree in 2015, Casey has covered a wide variety of topics. The focus of his reporting has been on the impact of legislation passed by the Kentucky General Assembly, and he has produced KET's longest-running public affairs program, "Comment on Kentucky", since 2016. Additionally, Casey has worked on documentaries focusing on the impact of the opioid epidemic in the Commonwealth, Kentucky's healthcare challenges, and the natural beauty of the state he calls home. Casey is a native of Murray, KY, where his parents and brother still live.
