Jacqalynn Riley

Jacqalynn Riley

Magistrate, Grant County

Biography

I’m Christian, a wife to my high school sweetheart, together the past 26 years, a proud mother to 10-year-old twin boys, a lifetime Kentuckian and a third term Grant County magistrate. My family and I reside on a 331-acre farm in Northern Kentucky, where we raise beef cattle and enjoy outdoors together as much as possible, hunting and fishing. The past 19 years, I have worked in Human Resources at Proctor & Gamble, earning my undergraduate degree in 2017 and my MBA in 2019. I own and operate two small businesses with my husband. My life’s mission is to empower others to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of life. I am committed to making meaningful contributions through encouraging conversations, helping others see possibilities. Daily, I strive for my actions and words to reflect my faith, glorifying God and for others to see Christ in me.

Candidate's Statement
I am passionate about strengthening our counties and supporting their unique needs. As an experienced third term magistrate, I remain actively engaged in my community and maintain engagement statewide, serving on KACo’s Unemployment Insurance Board since 2020 and Kentucky Magistrates and Commissioners Board of Directors since 2024. My recent experience testifying in Frankfort at the Local Government Committee deepened my conviction to collaborate for impactful solutions that could benefit the entire Commonwealth. I believe my relationship management skills and commitment to effective communication can enhance KACo’s mission. Together, we can empower Kentucky's counties to thrive.
