The Annual KACo Conference & Exposition is the best opportunity for exhibitors to meet directly with attendees while showcasing products and services.

Booth Options


Note: All exhibitor attendees must register to attend the conference. Exhibitors receive one complimentary registration. Each additional registration is $275 per person. Additional discounts may apply for County Partner members. 

Basic Booth

  • 8' x 10' exhibit space with pipe and drape
  • One - 8' skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Waste basket
  • Booth identification sign 
  • Complimentary wi-fi
  • One conference registration, which includes entry to all functions and meals
  • Listing on KACo’s exhibitor webpage

Pricing

  • $900 per booth

 

Premium Booth

In addition to the amenities of a basic booth, premium booths feature a preferred exhibitor location - the main hallway of the exhibition area. A limited number of premium booths are available.

Exhibitor Schedule


Move-In and Set Up

  • Wednesday, Nov. 12 | 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

 

Check-in at the KACo registration desk prior to set-up.

 

Exhibit Hours

  • Wednesday, Nov. 12 | 4 – 7:30 p.m. 
    • Reception | 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 13 | 8 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • Continental Breakfast | 8 – 9 a.m.
    • Luncheon | Noon – 1:30 p.m.  

 

Move Out and Tear Down

  • Thursday, Nov. 13 | 1:30 p.m.

 

Door Prizes


Exhibitors are welcome to give away door prizes. The drawing for exhibitor door prizes will be held Thursday, Nov. 13 at approximately 12:30 p.m. KACo will collect the name of your winner during the luncheon.

 

Exposition Services


Excel Decorators will send an exhibitor kit to each registered vendor prior to the conference relating to additional needs including electrical, dedicated internet or other services and products not included in the booth package. While complimentary open Wi-Fi is available in the exhibit hall, some vendors may require dedicated internet service.

Shipping and Policies


Shipping and Receiving

The Galt House Hotel partners with The UPS Store for exhibiting package deliveries. Click here to view shipping terms and mailing information.

Theft/Product Damage

The hotel and KACo does not assume responsibility for the loss of and/or damage by fire, theft or any other cause of the Exhibitor’s property during the duration that the Exhibitor’s space is set up. Security will be provided when exhibits close at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12 until reopening on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 8 a.m. We advise that exhibitors remove items of value from their booth when exhibit hours are closed.

KACo reserves the right to reassign exhibit booth space as necessary. KACo reserves the right to refuse exhibit booth space to any potential exhibitor.
