Brian Howard | Executive Director, Owensboro Metropolitan Planning Commission
Brian Howard, AICP, received a master’s degree in geography with an emphasis in city planning from WKU and earned his American Institute of Certified Planners designation in 2005. He’s been a professional planner for more than 25 years and has spent the last 21 years in Owensboro/Daviess County, serving as director for the past 11. For more than 15 years he’s been involved with the Kentucky Chapter of the American Planning Association and is a past president.
