  • Kentucky Supreme Court Chief Justice Debra Hembree Lambert will share insights about the Kentucky Judicial Commission on Mental Health—its purpose, progress and how its work could help counties address one of their most pressing challenges: the cost and strain of caring for individuals with mental illness, often with few options beyond county jails. Chief Justice Lambert will also discuss her priorities as Chief Justice, including strengthening communication and collaboration between the judicial branch and county governments to better serve Kentuckians in every community.
