- The 16 colleges of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) work collectively to improve quality of life and economic opportunity through affordable higher education. - KCTCS President Ryan Quarles will highlight how Kentuckians are gaining the skills they need for today’s jobs and tomorrow’s possibilities. He’ll talk about the KCTCS mission to strengthen local communities, grow the state’s workforce and partner with counties to boost economic vitality.

- Social media can be a powerful tool for counties to inform, engage and build trust with their communities—but it also comes with challenges. - KACo Communications Director Brenna Angel will share best practices for creating effective social media policies and maintaining a professional online presence. She’ll be joined by two county officials for a candid discussion on how they use social media in real life to connect with residents, handle tough situations and highlight county successes.
