Wrap-up Session

Following a statewide lottery for business licenses in October and the November general election with medical cannabis on the ballot in dozens of counties and cities, Sam Flynn of the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis will have a timely and insightful update for county officials. With the sale of medical cannabis set to become legal in Kentucky on January 1, this session will offer important information on what counties can expect and how they can prepare for this new industry.
