Tiffany Finley is the Executive Director of the Master Musicians Festival in Somerset, KY. A 29 year old non-profit music festival dedicated to bringing musical excellence to rural Kentucky while making a 3 million dollar economic impact on the Lake Cumberland area. Notable acts include Willie Nelson, Dwight Yoakam, Counting Crows, The Avett Brothers, Kelsey Waldon, Amanda Shires, Jason Isbell, Blues Traveler, Tyler Childers and the late John Prine. Prior to her current position she served 10 years as Community Development Director for Pulaski County Fiscal Court. She was the project manager for the downtown Somerset Fountain Square project, the Pulaski County Senior Citizens Center and numerous trail projects across Pulaski County. Tiffany currently serves as vice president of the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. During the pandemic, Tiffany also co-founded Black Mountain Management, a music management company that focuses on giving Kentucky artists a voice in the music industry and a music production company called Pure Grain Studios.
