Lynn Zellen

Lynn Zellen is a member of the law firm of Kinkead & Stilz in Lexington, where she focuses her practice on representing local government entities, officials, and employees in state and federal courts.  Lynn defends KACo members against Section 1983 actions, including for excessive force and deliberate indifference, and employment claims.  She also advises public and private clients regarding human resources policies and practices.
