Jessie Halladay | Deputy Director, Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission
Jessie Halladay joined the Commission in January 2024 as the Deputy Director. Jessie oversees staff for the Commission, working to improve overall operations, efficiency, accountability and transparency as the Commission supports great work being done throughout Kentucky. A native of Detroit, Jessie has made her home in Louisville for more than 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a master's degree from Northwestern University.
