Jessica Bowman | Accountability and Advancement Specialist, Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission
Jessica Bowman joined the Commission in January 2025. Jessica serves as the Accountability and Advancement Specialist, working to enhance county reporting and expand assistance for grantees and counties using abatement funds. A Texas native, Jessica has made Louisville her home for the past two decades. She holds both a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Louisville and brings over 20 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit sectors. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her two children and her beloved dog, Tessa.
