 
						Hallie Mattingly | Grants Specialist, Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission 
								
Hallie Mattingly joined the Commission as a Grant Specialist in May 2025. She was born and raised in Bardstown, but now resides in Lexington with her spouse and two dogs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Berea College and a master’s degree from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work. As someone who has been personally affected by the opioid epidemic, Hallie is proud to play a role in the improvement and expansion of Kentucky’s resources for individuals and families impacted by opioid use disorder.
