Dallas Hurley is the Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy at Volunteers of America Mid-States, where he leads efforts to expand the Recovery Ready Communities Certification Program across Kentucky. A Louisville native and graduate of Morehead State University and the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, Dallas has dedicated his career to public service in both the legislative and executive branches. He has worked to advance evidence-based policies that improve public health and safety, including expanding addiction treatment services within the Department of Corrections and strengthening harm reduction efforts through the Kentucky Office of Drug Control Policy.
