I want to address. 1. Youth involvement through partnerships, educational and civic interest events. A direct approach, urging fiscal court members to go to local schools and youth events. 2. Greater transparency, more social media, and communication providing Board feedback. 3. Explore conference improvements. This includes location opportunities, more timely communication of topics and sessions, and field trips/ ideas to local venues that fiscal courts can take to their home county and incorporate there. My personal belief is that you can only expect to benefit from an organization by contributing to the process and trying to always make improvements.
