Attendee Information

Venue
All meetings and events will be held at the Central Bank Center, 430 W. Vine St., Lexington, KY 40507.

Registration
Each registered attendee has access to all general and breakout sessions and the exhibit hall.

Registration includes admission to the following:

• Reception on Wednesday, Nov. 15
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, Nov. 16
• Breakfast on Friday, Nov. 17

Spouse
Each registered attendee is permitted to register their spouse at no extra cost. Spouses must be registered and wear a name badge to attend events and meals.

Conference attire
The dress code is business casual. As the temperature in meeting rooms may vary, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket. Comfortable shoes will help as you walk through the exhibit hall and while you participate in different sessions and activities.

Cancellation
KACo will issue a refund of registration fees two weeks prior to the scheduled conference.

Mobility Assistance
Attendees with restricted movement may reserve a complimentary mobility scooter available at the Level 3 entrance. 

Parking
Free parking is provided at the Hilton and Hyatt hotels for registered guests.

Hyatt parking is provided in the Central Bank Center parking lot, directly across the street from the Hyatt hotel. Note: The parking lot has been converted to a 24/7 automated paid parking system. Therefore, it’s important to use the hotel key card to gain access to the parking lot at no charge.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available to all conference attendees at the Central Bank Center using CBCfreeWIFI.

Training Credit
12.5 hours of HB 810 training credit are available.
