Justin Hall

Justin Hall is the founder of Custom Training Solutions, a private consulting firm based out of Kentucky who specialized in strategic organizational development, program development, implementation strategy, and leadership development. Justin brings with him not only a passion but also 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and operational development including direct operational capabilities, along with senior development and strategic planning. Justin holds two degrees in business with a concentration in psychology and numerous certifications in instructional design, Six Sigma, and leadership. Justin’s passion is deeply rooted in culture shifts for individuals understanding that “we change the direction of a ship one oar at a time”.  This is evident in his energy that he brings to each session driving his audience to think deeply about their paradigm around the topic, and how it influences their actions, their teams experience, and their organizations culture. Outside of his professional career Justin is a husband and father and has a passion for golf and travel.
