43rd Annual KACo Conference & Exposition
November 8-10, 2017 | Galt House Hotel | Louisville, KY
The KACo Annual Conference & Exposition provides an opportunity for members to attend educational workshops, view an exhibit hall of more than one hundred booths, and meet and build relationships with county elected officials, state leaders and businesspeople from across the state.

Set-up: Wednesday, November 8th 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Opens: Wednesday, November 8th 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Opens: Thursday, November 9th 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Teardown: Thursday, November 9th 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Booth space is divided into three groups: Reserved (yellow), Premium (red) & Non-Premium (white)
The charge for each 8 x 10 draped booth is:
$550.00 per booth; includes one full registration per booth purchased (Discount does not apply to Premium booths)
$450.00 for one booth, includes one full registration
$850.00 for two booths, includes two full registrations
$1250.00 for three booths, includes three full registrations
$1650.00 for four booths, includes four full registrations

Can only accommodate 105 booths
Events scheduled to take place in the Exhibit Hall include a Reception on Wednesday evening; a Continental Breakfast and Luncheon on Thursday.
EXPOSITION SERVICES Fern Exposition will send a packet of information to each registered vendor prior to the conference relating to additional furnishings (including electrical) and other services not included in the booth package.
